The vSBC One X features the next generation of Khomp's virtual Session Border Controller. Used as a signaling and media control tool, interoperability of different networks and telephony security features, the new version marks a milestone in terms of performance.
The vSBC is a software that can be installed in the most diverse scenarios and offers flexibility and savings in its implementation. It can operate on physical servers, virtualized environments like VMWare®, or even cloud environments like Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS. In this way, it is possible to have a robust SBC, with advanced routing and security functions and accessible from anywhere.

Insight! Khomp is the intelligence platform for planning and decision-making exclusively for telephony operations. It acts based on the analysis of historical and real-time data of the entire scenario.
With a highly intuitive graphical interface, Insight! Khomp is hosted in the cloud to evaluate, individually or in combination, each of the elements of a telephony operation, such as services, campaigns, gateways, operators (networks) and the geolocation of calls. In this way, it creates a set of relevant information to measure the performance of the operation and see the possibilities of optimization of the campaigns, the use of minutes by the operators, the routing of calls and many other possibilities.
Khomp Monitor is a powerful tool for monitoring the performance of telephony operations, prepared for systems of all sizes. It operates through real-time data analysis of the entire scenario and only stores the data of the last hour.
Using simultaneous Call Detail Recordings (CDRs) from multiple devices, the Khomp Monitor tracks various metrics such as Network Effectiveness Rating (NER) and Call Attempts Per Second (CAPS). All information is recorded and updated centrally, which allows rapid reaction to any change in the characteristics of the telephone system and reduces the risks of the operation.

Analytics Khomp is a powerful voice call classification tool, including SIP calls, specially developed for contact centers.
From dialing to answering, Analytics analyzes call signaling and voice, recognizes patterns, and sends them to the answering system, even if preceded by a ringback tone.
Unproductive calls (such as a fax signal, a recorder and a non-existent number) can be discarded before the minimum time for billing, which improves the performance of the calls made and completely reduces the operating costs
Khomp Manager One is a complete intelligence solution with centralized call management, routing, monitoring and classification for contact center operations.
It is made up of a combination of resources that run on premises (on the local server) and in the cloud, which optimizes the performance and resiliency of the solution in just the right measure.
Set’n’go is a cloud-based PaaS (Platform as a Service) designed to facilitate the mass configuration of Khomp ATA, IP and UMG lines used in contact centers and corporate settings. With an intuitive web interface and compatible with the main browsers, the platform centralizes the management of all devices, locally or remotely, in a single panel.
Survivability is the ability to ensure telephony operation even in the event of failure of the IP PBX. The Survivability feature in the Khomp gateways allows these devices to assume the basic functions of the IP PBX.
With the Survivability resource active in the Khomp gateways, they begin to supervise the operation of the IP PBX, once they are installed between the IP PBX and the public telephone network.
In the event that the IP PBX does not respond to monitoring, the gateway assumes the responsibility of executing the basic functions of the IP PBX. In this way, it automatically sends the call to the telephone device according to the settings that were previously programmed in the Equipment Survival mode, performing the call routing. Additionally, it supports:

For converged applications in high-density scenarios using digital communication platforms (E1, STM-1 or SIP), Khomp offers the Kmedia product line, which supports any-to-any call paths TDM to VoIP, VoIP to TDM, TDM to TDM and VoIP to VoIP, with transcoding.
