Terms and Conditions of use
Last updated: 20 October 2026 · Version 2.0
These terms govern the use of the website t-voip.com ("the site"), operated by T-VOIP. By browsing or using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Site owner
- Company: T-VOIP
- Address: Santiago, Chile
- Contact: hello@t-voip.com · 600 077 9200 · +56 44 258 0045
2. Purpose of the site
The site is informational and commercial in nature: it presents T-VOIP's telecommunications and technology services and lets interested parties get in touch. Any service is contracted separately, through the corresponding proposal and agreement. The site requires no registration or account to browse it.
3. Use of the site
You agree to use the site in accordance with the law and these terms. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that affect the rights of others.
- Attempt to access, without authorisation, areas, systems or data of the site.
- Introduce malicious code or interfere with the operation of the site.
- Send, through the form, false content, third-party content without authorisation, or unsolicited communications (spam).
4. Information and availability
We strive to keep the site's information accurate and up to date, but it may contain inaccuracies or be subject to change without notice. Published information does not constitute a binding offer or a guarantee of results; the conditions of each service are defined in the relevant proposal and agreement. The dashboards and panels shown on the site are illustrative and do not correspond to real customers.
We make our best effort to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The 99.9% SLA we mention applies to contracted services, not to this informational website.
5. Intellectual property
The T-VOIP brand, the names of its platforms (miPBX, miSMS, miAgente, miOmni, mi600, miConecta, T-Switch), the texts, design, code and other content of the site belong to T-VOIP or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written authorisation.
Third-party trademarks and logos appearing on the site (for example, technologies we integrate) belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes only.
6. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party sites or services (for example, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or our product sites mipbx.net and misms.cl). We neither control nor are responsible for their content or policies; their use is governed by their own terms.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, T-VOIP shall not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the site, nor for decisions based solely on the information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that Law No. 19.496 grants to consumers.
8. Contact form and personal data
The processing of the data you provide through the form or other channels is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Changes
We may change these terms at any time. The current version will always be the one published on this page, with its update date and version number.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of justice located in the city of Santiago, without prejudice to the rights that the law grants consumers to turn to the relevant authority. Where we provide services in other Latin American countries, the applicable local consumer and data protection rules of each country also apply.
