An SMS arrives even if your customer has no data and no app installed, and that's why it gets read. With miSMS your company sends bulk SMS, one-time passwords (OTP) and campaigns from a simple panel or connected via API to the system you already use.

What is miSMS?
It is T-VOIP's messaging platform for sending SMS in bulk or automatically. It fits appointment reminders, dispatch notices, access codes (OTP) and campaigns, from a web panel or integrated with your CRM, ERP or dialler via API.
- Bulk SMS and campaigns, transactional and OTP, and conversational SMS.
- REST API and SMPP connection to integrate with your systems.
- Sender with your brand, message templates and a contact book.
- Delivery reports (DLR), multi-user subaccounts and access control.
- Import from CSV/Excel and a panel fully in Spanish.
What is SMS used for in a company?
- Appointment reminders to reduce no-shows.
- One-time passwords (OTP) to verify identity.
- Transactional notices: dispatch, payment, status of a process.
- Prospecting and after-sales campaigns.
What can you measure and control?
The panel provides sending reports. For voice campaigns we measure indicators such as ASR and ACD. We also work on sender verification and origin traceability so your messages are not mistaken for fraud.
Does it integrate with WhatsApp?
Today our primary channel is SMS (bulk, transactional/OTP and conversational). WhatsApp Business API messaging is on our roadmap: if your operation needs it, tell us your case and we'll assess with you the best way to enable it.
| Use | Example |
|---|---|
| Reminder | Appointment confirmation the day before |
| OTP | One-time access code |
| Transactional | Dispatch or payment notice |
| Campaign | Prospecting and after-sales |
miSMS has its own product site: misms.cl.
