Cloud phone system (virtual PBX)

A virtual PBX (cloud PBX) replaces the office's physical phone system with a service that lives on the internet. With miPBX your company gets extensions, IVR menus, recording and reports with no hardware to buy or maintain: we design, run and support it.

What does miPBX include?

How is it different from a traditional PBX?

A traditional PBX is equipment you buy, install and maintain in the office; if it fails or the company grows, someone has to touch the hardware. A cloud PBX has neither that cost nor that risk: it scales by adding extensions and is managed from a panel. If you prefer to keep your current PBX, SIP trunking gives you good voice without replacing it.

Does it work for contact centers and large teams?

Yes. miPBX supports high concurrency, queues and campaigns; for contact centers it pairs with a dialler and SMS. Before you sign, we propose a technical test with your real traffic.
