Business VoIP (IP telephony)
VoIP replaces physical lines and PBXs with voice over the internet: your company makes and takes calls through the cloud, with your own numbers, from a computer, a mobile or an IP phone. At T-VOIP we design, run and support it as a single partner.

What is business VoIP?
It is the technology that carries voice calls over the internet (the SIP protocol) instead of analogue lines or primary links. In practice, your company no longer depends on a physical PBX in the office: the PBX lives in the cloud and extensions ring wherever each person is.
With T-VOIP you buy no equipment and hire no on-call technicians. We set up the service, connect it to the public telephone network and answer for how it runs.
What does your company gain by moving to VoIP?
- No hardware investment: nothing to buy, maintain or upgrade.
- Keep your numbers: we port the numbers you already have, with no change for your customers.
- Hybrid work: the same extension answers from the office, home or mobile, always with the company number.
- Integrates what you use: Microsoft Teams, your CRM or your current PBX.
- Real backing: 24/7 NOC monitoring and a 99.9% SLA committed in the contract.
VoIP, cloud PBX or SIP trunk?
They are pieces of the same world, for different needs. The cloud PBX (miPBX) gives you turnkey extensions, menus and reports. SIP trunking connects the PBX you already have (3CX, Asterisk, Yeastar…) to the public network. The table shows when each one fits.
What does onboarding look like?
Nobody signs blind. We start by understanding your operation and traffic, validate routes and quality with real traffic, implement with a milestone plan and then operate with a 24/7 NOC and a monthly report. You can start with one site and grow without changing provider.

Frequently asked questions
Can I keep my current numbers?
Yes. Number portability lets you move your numbers to T-VOIP without changing them; your customers keep dialling the same.
Do I need a dedicated internet line?
It works over your internet connection. We size the bandwidth and quality (prioritisation) based on how many simultaneous calls you handle.
Does it work for remote or field teams?
Yes. The same extension rings on the computer, the mobile app or an IP phone, and calls go out with the company number, not the personal one.
What happens if an office loses internet?
The PBX is in the cloud, so calls can be diverted to mobile or another site according to the rules we define. The NOC monitors the service 24/7.
