Contact center: more effective contacts per hour
A contact center operator needed to carry more simultaneous calls and get more answers. With high-concurrency trunks, the correct prefix per campaign and SMS support, it improved effective contacts per hour. Representative, anonymised case.
Updated: 17 October 2026

The situation
A contact center operator (name withheld) ran collections and prospecting campaigns with high peaks of simultaneous calls. It lost contacts because many calls went unanswered and because concurrency couldn't keep up at peaks.
What we did
- SIP trunks sized for high concurrency.
- Correct prefix per campaign: 600 for known customers, 809 for new contacts.
- SMS to recover contacts not reached by voice.
- Technical test with real traffic before signing, and ASR/ACD measurement.
The result
More effective contacts per operating hour and transparently identified campaigns, with brand reputation protected. The concrete figures depend on each operation; we validate them in the technical test.
| Dimension | Before | With T-VOIP |
|---|---|---|
| Concurrency | Insufficient at peaks | Sized to traffic |
| Answer rate | Low (unknown number) | Better (correct prefix) |
| Unreached contacts | Lost | Recovered via SMS |
